TRACS is scheduled for roll out from April 2019.

TRACS Superusers will be the most frequent users of the system and as such we have asked people who expect to be frequent users of the system, to register their interest in learning more about TRACS.

To support the roll out of TRACS, the Office of TASC has scheduled both familiarisation of the system, and more detailed training, to support its uptake within schools.

Initial familiarisation sessions have been arranged for February 2019 and will be followed by more detailed training sessions in March 2019.

There will be two stages to familiarisation and training on TRACS.

  • 13-22 February: The first of these will be familiarisation sessions (NOW COMPLETE) for all who are interested in learning more about TRACS. Attendees will be provided an introduction to TRACS, and overview of its features and information about how schools are likely to use it during 2019 and in the future. Short familarisation sessions of an hour are scheduled for 13-22 February.
  • 25-27 March: The second round of sessions, which are likely to coincide with the TRACS Forums throughout the state on 25-27 March, will include targeted training with a more detailed look into the TRACS system and to work through features that are specifically relevant to TASC Liaison Officers and school Principals.

People who have registered as Superusers will be provided with information about both sessions and can choose to attend one or both sessions.

Registered Superusers will provided updates about upcoming TRACS training and advised of any postponement or updates to event details. You can also contact TRACS Training Consultant Jenny McQuilkan directly on 03 6165 6367.
