Results queries form

The Office of Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification (TASC) is committed to protecting information collected through this process and the handling of data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 2004. All information we collect from you will be kept secure and confidential.

If you think some courses that you studied do not show on your record of results you can request a review.

All requests must be submitted to TASC by no later than 31 January 2018.
Requests for a review of results records will not be accepted after this date.

Identify the courses you think are missing from your results record.

If you are in Year 12 and think you should have received the Tasmanian Certificate of Education (TCE) please check the following list first.

To receive the TCE you need to achieve all five standards:

• - Participation and achievement standard - 120 credit points, with 80 or above at TASC Level 2
• - Everyday adult use of computers and the internet standard
• - Everyday adult reading and writing in English standard
• - Everyday adult mathematics standard
• - Develop and review future career and education standard (submit a Transition Plan Pathway Plan)

All general queries relating to results must be submitted to TASC by no later than 31 January in the year immediately following external assessment.
Requests relating to results will not be accepted after this date.
