TASC offers providers access to TCE Everyday Adult Standard safety net tests for their Year 12, 13 and past students (with the facilitation of the school).

• The Reading, Writing and Communication in English and Mathematics tests will run during the first two weeks of September. Registrations close Tuesday 4 July.
• The Use of Computers and the Internet tests will run 21 – 25 August. Registrations close Thursday 3 August.

This is the last opportunity for students to sit online TCE Everyday Adult Standard safety net tests in 2023. Schools can order paper-based tests throughout the year.

TASC will contact your school via TRACS to provide information about how to register students for these tests. We will provide more test information following registration.

Before registering, consider if the student needs to sit the Use of Computers and the Internet test  – Year 12 students continue to be able to receive recognition of Use of Computers and the Internet if they achieve all the other TCE standards (the Participation and Achievement Standard, Everyday Adult Standard: Reading, Writing and Communication in English and Everyday Adult Standard: Mathematics), with final verification made via a Principal Declaration.
