A new video Understanding Year 11-12 ratings and awards is now available explaining key aspects of Tasmania’s senior secondary ratings and awards.
The 2-minute video explains:
- the results documents students receive at the end of the year
- the TASC Course criterion ratings and how they are used to determine the overall award for a course
- the role of internal and external assessment.
Along with the information sheet Understanding Assessment, the video is in response to the 2021 TASC Student Survey findings. More information about how they are assessed and ratings/awards were in the top five topics that students wanted to know more about.
