Registration of student exchange organisations

Organisations need to complete the Application for registration as a student exchange organisation (Tas) form.

The form and supporting documentation should be sent to:

A validation audit will be conducted to verify the information in your application and to make a determination on the registration of the organisation.

Notification of changes

As a Registered Student Exchange Organisation you must notify TASC in writing of any changes to circumstances relating to your registration status within 14 days. This includes changes to your organisation’s contact details, changes to the nature of the program, early termination of student placements and changes to your organisation’s legal status.
