If students can’t get to a regular exam centre (for example, they are interstate or overseas) it may be possible to set up a special exam centre at a suitable venue.
Information about how how to apply and the Request for Special Exam Centre form is available at Exam Centres / ‘Requesting a special exam centre’.
If schools have a question about the requirements and applications for special exam centres, contact Assessment using a ‘Special exam centre’ TRACS task. Students can also contact us for more information.
Special exam centre fees:
- For overseas centres, a fee of $295.00 (inc. GST) per centre.
- For interstate centres, a fee of $195.00 (inc. GST) per centre.
You may also be required to pay costs for the provision of a supervisor at your special exam centre. If applicable, these costs are to be paid directly to the supervising institution.
The costs associated with setting up a special exam centre, including administration and exam supervision fees, must be covered by the student. The fees are non-refundable.
