You may need to contact Quality Assurance at TASC at certain times, for a range of reasons.

Why

There may be a range of reasons and times that you wish to clarify or find out something from QA at TASC. These might include:

  • Registering your school and/or scope of courses to deliver
  • Quality assurance processes including:
    • Desktop audits
    • Provider audits
    • Workshops
    • Meetings
    • Compliance check-ins
  • Applications including:
    • Pre-year 11 enrolments
    • Nationally and Interstate Assessed Languages (NIAL)
    • Recognition of Senior Secondary results interstate and oversees
    • Student movement after course closure dates
  • Other information related to Quality Assurance. If you’re not sure, get in touch.

When

  • Some things may be time sensitive, such as applications, which have open and close dates. You would find this information in the TASC Key Date calendar and in the TASC Update. It is the provider’s responsibility to check and comply with these dates.
  • General enquiries may arise at any time and should come through your TLO via a TRACS task.

How

  • Your first point of contact should be through your TASC Liaison Officer (TLO) at your school. They will submit a TRACS task so that all our correspondence will be recorded for any future reference.

TASC has a number of applications that are student-centred. Some of these are tied to due dates, which you can find in the TASC Key Date Calendar. Providers should check when the due dates are if needing to undertake any of these applications.
